Add a phone number to your account! For example from Toronto, when the number is called your SIP phone will ring regardless of its physical location. If it happens you are offline at the moment, your call will be sent to your voicemail, or forwarded as you have requested.

Virtual phone numbers are regular telephone numbers, which can be called from anywhere, no matter where the caller is located, no matter whether it is from a mobile phone or from a landline. The connection is being transferred to your account and then will ring on your SIP phone/gateway or soft phone. Choose a city and a list of available numbers will appear. Click on add new number button. This is the list of currently available DID's that you can order once you have logged in to your account.

Virtual numbers can be useful even without having any SIP phone adapter client or even without using internet connection. You can forward incoming calls coming to your mobile or landline. For example your number in Montreal can be forwarded to your Halifax mobile for the time you are there. (Watch out for roaming)
